Daniel is deeply influenced by the socially conscious music of the 60’s and 70’s. His roots are in folk music but they expand out into all genres suited to the “roots” label — rock, reggae, country, blues and funk. He is a poet and philosopher at heart so his lyrics go deep. This is stuff to keep you up at night and dreaming if you’re asleep. The sound is rootsy and animated in the subjects of love, oppression and liberation. Catch Daniel on stage at the Spencer Creek Growers Market at 1 o’clock on August 26th. You can listen to some of Dan’s tracks on Reverb Nation and at danciopermusic.com.
