September 1st

The Good Vibes Marimba Band, comprised of marimba players from several middle schools in Eugene, will gather at the Spencer Creek Growers Market on Saturday, September 1st, and perform a wide range of popular tunes. Be sure and stop by and fill your shopping bag with a plethora of fresh veggies, sourdough bread, muffins, scones, cookies and more!! Stay for lunch and enjoy a plate or bowl of barley and wild rice, beans and green salad fixings together with multiple homemade sauces wrapped up in a whole grain tortilla rolled out that morning using locally grown organic Red Fife flour! Don’t forget to peruse the numerous craft vendors planning to set up and sell that day. See the full list of who’s selling and what they’re bringing. See y’all there!

August 25th

Join us on August 25th when fourteen recent graduates from Adams Elementary perform in the Adams School Marimba Band at the Spencer Creek Growers Market at 11:30. These performers will have just returned from the Marimba Summer Camp. Be sure and catch these talented marimbists while enjoying a deliciously satisfying lunch — and remember to take home some fresh produce while you’re at it!

Late For Dinner

They’ll be appearing together as Wandering Thyme around 11 a.m. and then again at 1 o’clock with their ensemble Late for Dinner, an accomplished local acoustic band performing Americana and folk tunes.
